9 Intellectual Property

10 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Account Suspension and Termination

tay777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable supplementary rules or policies.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement request to do so.
• Discovery that the player is ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or the use of the tay777 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Section 13, both you and tay777 irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

tay777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tay777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
